Michael Holt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and a Trustee of the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. Mr. Holt has also received accreditation as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer. Michael is a graduate of La Salle University and has over 30 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to local governments and nonprofits.
Michael is a member of the Moorestown Breakfast Rotary Club and the 200 Club of Burlington County.
Michael lives in Moorestown, New Jersey with his wife Julie and their three children. Mike’s interests include golf, tennis and spending time at the Jersey shore.

Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association. Dave has also received accreditation as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer. A graduate of Rowan University, Dave has over 15 years of public accounting experience and in 2020 partnered with Michael Holt to form Holt McNally & Associates, Inc. Dave possesses a wealth of knowledge and has over 13 years specializing in local governmental audit, accounting and consulting.
Dave serves on the Board of Trustees of the South Jersey Young Professionals Association and is a member of the Medford Business Association. Dave is also an active supporter of Rowan University’s accounting department through participation in the department’s mentorship and mock interview programs.
Dave lives in Tabernacle, NJ with his wife and three children. During his time away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house, golfing and watching Philadelphia sports.

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience providing auditing services to a wide range of clients including New Jersey public school boards, water and sewer utilities, local and state government entities, non-profit entities, and charter schools. Kevin’s main areas of expertise focus on audits, forensic accounting, financial statement audits, as well as litigation support. Kevin received a B.A. in Accounting with a Minor in Computer Science from Rutgers University. Kevin started his business as a sole proprietor in 1991.
Mr. John J. Maley, Jr. (Jack) areas of expertise encompass audits of municipalities, fire districts, school districts, utility authorities and non-profit organizations. He has extensive governmental auditing experience and assists local governmental entities with the municipal budget process. His proficiency with governmental regulations and procedures has made him a trusted advisor to numerous governmental entities and elected officials.
Andrew Lee, CPA, received his B.S. in accounting from Rowan University and is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrew brings with him over 10 years of governmental and nonprofit audit and accounting experience.
Andrew lives in Havertown, PA with his wife and two children. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, basketball and spending days at the beach. He is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to college football and basketball.
Ryan Creamer, CPA, PSA, is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Ryan brings with him over 10 years of governmental audit and accounting experience.
Ryan currently resides in Medford Lakes, NJ with his wife and two children. In his down time, he enjoys relaxing at the lake with his family and friends. He's also a big sports fan and doesn't miss a chance to attend Philadelphia sporting events.
David P. Gorski, CPA, PSA, is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wesley College in Dover, DE and has seven years of governmental audit and accounting experience.
Dave resides in Atlantic County with his wife Martie and their two children. When not out on the golf course, he enjoys his summers spending time with family on the river.
